Stepping into Cappadocia Caves Hotel felt like entering a hidden gem in a fairytale land. the front desk staff, especially Murat, made my stay exceptional, effortlessly organizing our excursions and providing invaluable local recommendations. the location in the heart of the city allowed us to explore on foot, while the rooftop offered breathtaking views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. Although our room didn't match the pictures and had a few issues, the delicious breakfast and charming terrace made up for it. the breakfast spread was divine, and the terrace view of the balloons and mountains was simply mesmerizing. the staff's warmth and hospitality truly shone through, salvaging our overall experience and making it memorable. the offer of an ironing service and business facilities showcased their attention to detail. In conclusion, Cappadocia Caves Hotel is a unique blend of historic charm and modern comfort. While it may have had some imperfections, the warmth of the staff and the picturesque setting more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers seeking a memorable stay in the enchanting region of Cappadocia.
